Xbox Black Friday 2017 Deals: What’s Worth Your Money

If you’ve had your eye on an Xbox One, Black Friday will be the time to get one. Microsoft has unveiled its suite of Black Friday 2017 deals, which include a $189 Xbox One S, as well has a host of discounts on games and accessories.

For starters, you can get the Xbox One S for $189 from Nov. 23 to 27 both in-stores and online. (Dell is also offering the Xbox One S console at this price). If you can’t wait that long, now through November 18 you can get the Xbox One S console starting at $249 and choose an additional game as a bonus. Finally, from November 19 through the 27, you can take up to $50 off any 1TB or 500GB Xbox One S bundle.

Naturally, you’ll probably want to play some games on your shiny new Xbox, and Microsoft is slashing prices on a bunch of them for Black Friday. You can get $20 off Forza Motorsport 7 ($39.99), Gears of War 4 ($19.99), Halo Wars 2 ($19.99), and Forza Horizon 3 ($29.99). 

If you can’t bare the thought of going to physical stores this holiday season, Microsoft has you covered. The company will host its usual Black Friday Xbox Live sale, which starts on Nov. 17 for Xbox Live Gold members and extends through November 27. Microsoft hasn’t unveiled every single digital deal yet, but you can expect to save up to 65 percent on more than 500 Xbox One and Xbox 360 digital games as well as digital movies and TV shows.

From November 17 through November 27, you’ll also be able to join Xbox Game Pass for just $1 for the first month. Likewise, from November 23 through 27 you’ll you can take $10 off a 3-month or 6-month subscription to Xbox Live.

Unfortunately, Microsoft’s Black Friday sneak peek makes no mention of the Xbox One X, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled for deals on that front.
