There have been innumerable instances of the customisation of the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 in the past. The customised unit built by Bulleteer Customs is one of the best available today because of its simple designing and electronics set up.

Royal Enfield launches Continental GT 650 and Interceptor 650 at Rs 2.49 Lakh and Rs 2.34 Lakh

The customised bike retains almost all the machine parts of the motorcycle but features a new upside-down shock absorber. It is a marked change from the telescopic units observed on the original model. The inspiration for the USD shock absorber comes from the success of the KTM 390 Duke. The advantage is that it lends a higher degree of stability at extreme speeds.

Apart from blacking out the USD suspension setup at the rims, the bike sports a larger front disc brake when compared to the original. The stock handlebar of the bike gets a replacement in the form of a shorter clip-on unit. Along with the ribbed single-piece seat, it gives the bike a retro look.

The engine remains the same. The 647cc powerful engine delivers the power of 47bhp and 52Nm of torque. Paired with a 6-speed transmission, the custom RE Interceptor 650 gets a slipper clutch, as well.
